Beautiful 2 unit property that offers spaces for both gatherings and quiet moments. Perfect for a multi-generational vacation or reunion! The property has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and a second floor landing with distant ocean views! Perfect for coffee in the morning. There are 2 decks each w/ grills, both get beautiful sun in the afternoon, with one getting full on sun during the golden hour. There is an outdoor shower and a lawn for the kids to run around if they have energy after a day at the beach! Walk to either Long Sands or Short Sands in 10 minutes or take a daily walk by the famous Nubble Light House. Parking for 5 cars. This property is set-up for comfort, convenience and fun! Undergoing cosmetic updating. Pictures will be added as available.

Multigenerational family vacation

Ideal location walking distance to Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches in York. Roomy, sparkling clean house with adjacent apartment on property fit large family of 7 adults and 6 young children. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed, except could supply more paper towel and dish towels. The code to enter main house upon arrival did not work causing delay for tired travelers, but host was immediately responsive and worked with VRBO to resolve issue. Would definitely stay here again.
