The smell of the ocean, the soft salty air. That feeling there's nowhere else you would rather be. Welcome to Salty Breezes- a spacious, fully renovated coastal retreat in the heart of the Nubble.

Perfect for large groups, multi-family stays, reunions, retreats and year-round getaways, this three-level home offers a gourmet kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 laundry areas, and multiple living spaces designed for comfort and connection.

Our home is situated on the Nubble in a quiet neighborhood. Part of the magic of the home is its proximity to the ocean and still be able to come back after a beach day to relax on the porch and have a peaceful environment.

Our home has enough space to park 4 medium sized vehicles. York has several Golf cart taxis and each beach has parking options if desired.

We do allow small dogs and do not allow cats.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.
