This classic coastal cottage is ideal for families or a group of friends, offering separate entrances on each level and providing individual spaces for everyone to spread out and find their own moment of peace.



Of course, most of your days will likely be spent at the beach, building sandcastles, splashing in the surf, and conveniently popping to and from the home when you need a break from the sun or to enjoy a light lunch. If you'd rather leave the cooking to someone else, you'll be virtually right next door to Stone's Throw Restaurant serving up delicious local fare in that familiar beachfront setting. For home-cooked meals, family grill-outs, or a quick snack run, a short (200 feet to be exact) walk takes you to Long Sands General Store where you'll find all your grocery needs.



Indoors, communal living and dining spaces create the opportunity to come together and create lasting memories, whether in the living room streaming episodes of your favorite shows on the smart TV or in the sunroom sipping on your morning coffee as you plan out the agenda of the day. Relax with a book on the couch in the large sunporch directly viewing the beach and ocean, or rock gently in one of the five rocking chairs while feeling the ocean breeze when you open the windows. The well-equipped kitchen can assist with all of your meal preparation and storage needs, with plentiful cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The dining table seats 6 for formal meals or to play host to a spontaneous game night. There's also a built-in breakfast nook in the kitchen for casual bites. Wind down each day soaking in the panoramic views from one the home’s many balconies as you sip on a refreshing beverage and allow all your cares to be swept away with the passing ocean current.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms, and with plenty of dressers to unload clothes into, you'll feel right at home.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds and a balcony.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, 2 twin size beds, and a balcony.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a twin size bed.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a twin size bed.



Bedroom #5 includes a full size bed and a twin size bed.



The home also includes a split bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower as well as a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• This home does not include laundry facilities.

• The home has two private entrances. The downstairs entrance includes two private bedrooms, a kitchenette and a small living area. The other entrance includes the primary living space and three additional bedrooms.

• Driveway parking available for 3 small cars or 2 large cars.

• Pet friendly (Dog's Only)! An additional pet fee of $115 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
