I stayed at Deluxe Twin room. The room was bigger than average Japanese twin room. I enjoyed the bathroom which was separated from toilet. Shower, sink, and toilet was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to the station. I didn't mind but I heard train sound from the early morning till late night. I recommend this hotel.

Easy access to train station and close to cafes and restaurants. Walkable to a lot of shopping areas. Because it was close to the train station, it was easy to get to a lot of landmarks. Staff were professional and were helpful. They answered all of my questions about luggage delivery service. Which is a plus to be able to drop off at the lobby for delivery to your next location.

Very handy for the train station, shops, restaurants and most anything you would want. Our room was comfortable and while not huge, was perfect for our five day stay in Yokohama. I just don't like having to check in/check out at a computer terminal instead of with human beings, but that's just me. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again.
