This was a beautiful hotel! We had a great little sitting area with a view of the ocean. The property is on the older side but in excellent condition. We didn't get to try the food but the restaurant looked wonderful.

A bit outdated hotel. Very smelly in the basement and also in the Japanese restaurant on groundfloor due to bath activities in the basement. The location not the best, you have to go to the city center for restaurants and activities.

Highly recommended

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent by the Shonan beach and the view from the room was very nice. More importantly, the hotel staff members are customer focused and make sure every customer feels special. I would stay at this hotel again when I visit Kamakura again in the future.

The staff was remarkable. The room was beautiful. Walking along the ocean and being away from the crowds was lovely. If you’re looking for something convenient to transportation this option is not the most convenient. It’s what we wanted , just be aware .

Nice hotel - clean with friendly staff. The room smelled a little musty and was a bit dated but very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the hotel - it was a little expensive for wha my we got considering we had already paid $291 to stay the night.

予約もチェックインもスムーズで部屋も美しい、海が見え景色も良く、カフェ、レストランやエステなども充実しています。 お土産のショップも気軽な美味しいお菓子からご自身へのご褒美用ギフトまであり、1番良かったのはストッキングや靴下、スニーカーや軽い羽織り、ルームウェアなども販売してあるので、急遽必要なものが出来た場合(汚れたや破れたなど)に非常に助かりそうなものがリーズナブルな価格帯で用意されていました。 コンビニは徒歩5分圏内、カジュアルなレストランやバー、日帰り温泉も近くに沢山あります。 駐車場も広く、大きな車でも駐めやすいのが嬉しいです。 スタッフの方、みなさん丁寧な接客をしてください、全てにおいて宿泊費以上の満足度です♪また鎌倉に宿泊する際はリピートします♪

掃除や手入れが徹底されており快適に過ごせました。 ただ、夜中に警報器が鳴り（４回ほど）、結局は誤報だったようですが、宿泊客がざわつきました。 夜中に起こされ、不安な思いをして、それに関してお詫びだけで、フォローがないのはちょっと疑問でした。 それ以外は、フロント、レストランなと接客が素晴らしかったです。
