The overall property and staff are amazing and kind. They are incredibly professional and stellar. The in-room dining service has several options and can be convenient after a long day. The room we got was large and had a great view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, bedding, and overall room was clean upon arrival. Loved that Lawson's was right downstairs. Very convenient to Yokohama Station, the Children's Museum, and Family Mart. We walked about 23 minutes to World Porters which was really fun! Cons of the hotel: Laundry is INCREDIBLY expensive. But it's not a Japanese company so I'm not surprised. When I say incredibly.... I'm saying $100 USD for a small load.

Breakfast choices were amazing! Everything seemed fresh. Service was attentive and polite. Room felt fresh and the room was sizeable. Amenities in the room were plentiful and appropriate. There were enough plugs around, lighting was good and the bathroom size was good.

Highly recommend the Hilton Yokohama. After travelling for 24 hours we really appreciated the huge room with an empress king bed (very comfortable), separate toilet, and huge shower and bath combo, fridge and kettle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Not too walkable but taxis were always available at the front desk. Had dinner at the Ocean Milano restaurant inside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable getting us a Gluten Free dinner which was delicious. Lots of activities, parks, etc. around Yokohama.

Most of points in this hotel has been great except the location of restaurant for breakfast and rigid behavior of its coffee shop employees who refused to serve us because only one of the two people were ordering. What a crazy policy and the bearer sticking to it when not even one seat was occupied.
