I cruise at Yokohama port, this hotel only 10 minutes walk to the port, it so close. Room is spacious and clean, most of the room have ocean view, staff friendly and helpful, will be back again next time when I been Yokohama.

yes, the room was spotless, comfortable, organized and had all we need to have a nice visit in Yokohama. The front desk staff members were welcoming and answered all our questions. The laundry room and guests kitchen equipped station open 24hrs were also clean and organized for us to enjoy. Thanks Wang for looking after our room.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The pier is walking distance from the hotel. It is walkable to a number of sight seeing places including Chinatown. The hotel is very clean. There is 24 hour complimentary coffee available in the lounge. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Citadines Harbour Front. Highly recommended hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice hotel in Yokohama next to a subway station so handy for getting around. The room was larger than many Japanese hotel rooms with plenty of storage space which is also unusual in Japan. Breakfast was OK but no cereal available and the coffee had run out and took a while to get replenished. I booked this hotel as it is close to Yokohama cruise terminal but the cruise company moved the ship to another terminal several miles away which meant many people wanting taxis but this was arranged very efficiently by the staff
