Pros: • The hotel staff are friendly and eager to assist. • Rooms are large. • The decor is dated but adds charm. • The beds are comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout the stay. • The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to both the train and metro stations, making it simple to explore Yokohama and nearby areas. • Behind the hotel and in the adjacent underground metro station corridor, there are surroundings filled with Izakayas, perfect for enjoying local nightlife and authentic dining experiences. • The hotel is a short walk from a variety of shops, restaurants, and the Yokohama professional baseball stadium, making it ideal for both leisure and business activities. • The hotel offers great value for its location, especially compared to other options in the area. Cons: • The shower curtain had mold, but it was promptly replaced upon request. However, the curtain was not wide enough for the rod, causing some water spillage during showers. • Dust was noticeable along the room’s baseboards, indicating a need for more thorough cleaning. • The slippers provided were too small, making them uncomfortable for guests with larger feet. • While the hotel is comfortable, the amenities are basic and may not meet the expectations of those seeking luxury or additional comforts.
