The reception a bit slow, seems like they didn't recognize the booking from hotel.com but from other. They have the paper/booking information/room key ready. I booked deluxe room with big comfortable single be, 2 pillows but no bolsters. Clean bathroom with shower, I expected a bathtub actually. Breakfast with standard food and taste.

Ik heb bij expedia geboekt, maar in de hotel hebben ze te kennen gegeven dat ze niks van expedia bevestigd hebben gekregen, dus we waren verplicht om kamers te boeken, die veel duurder waren. Als we geen geld konden verzamelen, zouden we letterlijk op straat staan. Schandalig!!!

Good, Clean and Comfy

semua ok mulai dari pelayanan, pegawai ramah, kamar bersih menyenangkan terutama bagi kami yang trip bersama keluarga kecuali breakfast agak kurang ( kalau bisa buat opsi saja dengan menu nasgor jangan pedas karena bersama keluarga pasti ada anak-anak kecil )...ok buat menginap weekday weekend ataupun untuk transit saja....Ziiiip lah....mungkin untuk breakfast bisa ditingkatkan.. ^ ~ ^.......

Pelayanan saat check in agak lama, dan kami sempat mendapatkan kamar di lantai 4 dengan kondisi gelap (jendela tidak ada view langsung tembok) dan AC panas. Setelah menunggu cukup lama akhirnya kami bisa pindah itupun dengan memaksa, jika tidak kita pasti tidak nyaman. untuk breakfast cukup enak.
