This beautiful two-bedroom, air-conditioned apartment, with a cosy balcony, is located in the very heart of Yerevan, Sayat Nova Ave and Abovyan St crossroad. Just a short stroll to the Republic Square (5 minutes), Opera House (3 minutes), Cascade with its Center of Contemporary Arts and nearby cafes (7 minutes) is literally on your doorstep.

This new apartment building is close to Katoghike Holy Mother of God Church - a medieval church in the centre of the city. It is adjacent to many cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and boutiques.

This two-bedroom apartment can host up to six guests. It has two bedrooms with one queen size bed in one room, twin beds in the other one, which also can be transformed into a double bed, and one additional sofa bed in the lounge.
