Rang with 2 weeks notice to ask for early check-in (midday) due to an afternoon wedding. Had to wait for on the day to contact them again and was sent a text message at 1145am for the okay. Room was okay but we couldn't believe that not 1 sharp knife was there to cut things. No tissues, no complimentary bottle of water. This was a 1 bedroom apartment.
