Shen apartments

Shen apartments were a convenient, well appointed place to stay in Yeppoon. Our bedroom was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is regarding the shower in the corner spa bath. The glass screen made getting into and out of the shower difficult and somewhat dangerous. I scraped my leg on the aluminium door frame and ended up with quite a bruise. The car parking was secured.

Nice apartment , clean with comfortable bed. Balcony with partial ocean view as advertised. Very helpful staff. The only minus re apartment I can identify was shower over a spa with a high spa wall. Although there was a stepping stool provided, I found accessing the shower rather awkward and not very safe. While Oshen is centrally located and walkable distance to beach and dining options it is actually on steep hill that might be challenging for people with mobility issues . Overall it was wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Very steep around property and not very good views from room. I had booked through Wotif and chose the facility to pay on day at hotel but the hotel automatically took payment off my credit card 2 weeks prior with no consent from me. My partner was paying for holiday on the day we arrived as a gift for me but I had already had it taken out of my c/c. I had found it cheaper to stay in the place by $25 per day but because payment had already been taken from my c/c I couldn’t save any money. Luckily they had given us an upgrade which we appreciated.
