    Carefully landscaped and flower-filled 3,000 m² property featuring a pétanque court, trampoline, and swing. The shared pool offers a counter-current swimming system, accessible ramp for guests with reduced mobility, and an aqua bike (open from April to September depending on weather, 5 x 10.5 m, depth from 1.10 m to 2 m).



    This semi-detached house for 14 guests adjoins the owner’s residence. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (shower and toilet), and a shared lounge with TV. Second floor: 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), a mezzanine dormitory (4 single beds), a small kitchen and dining area for 6, and a separate toilet. A spacious communal room with kitchen (52 m²) and toilet is located on the ground floor (outside access), suitable for 14 guests. All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning. 230 m² parking area with lighting and 3 security cameras. Shared laundry facilities.



    Numerous hiking and cycling routes await you, including the Camino de Santiago and the Via Rhôna, a cycle path linking Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean. Shops and services are 4 km away in Yenne. You are 11 km from the Bourget-du-Lac technology park. Ideally located between Lake Bourget (10 km) and Lake Aiguebelette (16 km), and 19 km from Aix-les-Bains, this beautiful villa sits in a typical hamlet surrounded by meadows and forests, offering a peaceful and preserved setting. South-facing, you can enjoy large shaded and sunny terraces. The fenced 3,000 m² grounds are beautifully landscaped with flowers, a pétanque court, and a private pool (10 x 5 m).

    Le gîte est très bien agencé et très confortable. Malheureusement le gérant, qui vit dans la partie à côté, est intrusif et ne tolère pas le bruit.Lorsque l'on loue un gîte pour 14 il faut bien comprendre que les gens sont là pour se réunir et passer du temps ensemble, même le soir..Nous sommes une petite famille sur 3 générations avec 6 enfants, inutile donc de préciser que nous n'avons pas organisé une rave party, et donc il etait fort désagréable d'entendre frapper au mur à partir de 22h dès le 1er soir.Nous n'avons pas apprécié non plus que le gérant fasse relever le volet roulant à 7h30 du matin, le jour du départ, pour nous signifier qu'il était l'heure de nous lever! Ni quand il est rentré dans le gîte, alors qu'il nous restait 1h de temps de location, pour nous dire de bien nettoyer et nous rappeler d'utiliser l'aspirateur. (Chose que nous étions en train de faire, je précise que nous avons rendu le gîte dans un meilleur état qu'à l'arrivée).Nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne conseillons pas cette adresse, à moins d'être un groupe sans enfant qui vient exclusivement pour se reposer et se coucher très tôt. Sans rancune. Bonne continuation.
