Rooms were good. Staff on reception were courteous and good. Serving staff in dining hall were good and responsive. Lobby's environment was superb. However 2 points which made our stay not the best: 1) the dining area reservation staff was not upto the mark. First night for dinner when we requested one of the 2 vacant tables near the fireplace in the dining area, they told us that it is reserved for someone else. We thought that it is possible. Next day when we went for breakfast, those tables just got vacant and we're to be cleaned. We requested for the tables again. She was reluctant and said that it will require waiting for 15 minutes. She have us alternative tables. So far so good. We went to pick our bre

The cabin (more like an old trailer) was tiny and over priced. It was clean but small, old, no room to move around. More than one person in the cabin is a crowd. Yellowstone is incredible but they are miking the public at this price.

Just stay in West Yellowstone!

I wasn't quite clear on what a cabin meant. The room was ok but I didn't realize that I was going to need a 4x4 to get to it. The dirt "road" going to the cabin was so bumpy and covered with potholes that I'm very fortunate that I didn't break an axle! The food on the buffet could have been very good, if it wasn't served fridge cold. We even got there right at 6am 1 morning and food that should be served hot had obviously just been taken out of the fridge and placed in a non heated steel dish. If this place wants to continue to serve food, they need to install a steam table or even start utilizing simple chafing dishes! Bring your own coffee because they don't have any out in the lobby for guests, unless you want to pay $5 for a small black coffee. No hot chocolate either at this "snow lodge". The listing for this place leads you to believe that there are multiple stores and restaurants adjacent to the property. The listing failed to mention that all of that would be closed during our stay. We ended up having dinner in West Yellowstone MT all 3 nights of our stay. That's almost 2 hours round trip and I wish I had just chosen a hotel there and saved myself the hassle!

The hotel was excellent. They even lent us a wheelchair for the day. The lobby was nice and the 24 hour food store was a great idea. Would be great if there were better signage when driving into the Old Faithful area as it is confusing at first and hard to find the Snow Lodge, especially the front entrance with handicap parking and an accessible entrance.

We did like the hotel. We didn’t like the coffee situation in the room. Wish there was a microwave and better coffee maker. Also didn’t know there was no TV but that was totally fine. Loved location and restaurant was pretty good too

Very good location to see Yellowstone National Park.. good home base. The lodge was very nice room spacious and everything we needed. There was some construction behind the Lodge which woke us up early but we needed to wake up early anyways. Staff members were great very helpful with all my questions. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Customer service was terrible. Nobody seemed happy to be working—especially in the restaurant and no complimentary coffee anywhere in the lobby! Pillows and beds were very uncomfortable and the whole space felt tired. Won’t stay again.

A great place to stay for a few nights in Yellowstone. We were in one of the cabins and it was spacious, comfy and had all the amenities. The nearby Snow Lodge was in walking distance for dinner.

Staffs are nice and kind, but unfortunately my room was not good because of smell. The room smells might come from linen, bed and pillow. Pillow smelled terrible even we changed pillow case which I had mine from home by case.
