Wonderful convenient location in historic hotel. It comes with creaky floorboards and noisy Edwardian plumbing at a premium price but a great experience.
We stayed here to be in the park. It was nice but cabin was a lil small for our family of 4. Nice to have dining hall; they do not accept reservations but we got a table pretty quickly. Super cool to see animals outside our cabins at night or in the morning.

We stayed here because we thought there would be hot springs to soak in and there are no hot springs even though it’s in the name…. The closest ones are in Gardiner near the north entrance. The cabins were very basic.
The park was beautiful, staff kind and responsive, room very clean and big shower in the hotel room. A microwave, refrigerator and water kettle were nice to have. No coffee maker, but coffee was a pour-on, then dunk coffee in a bag with string (like tea). No included breakfast but restaurant nearby. Beds were comfortable and daily housekeeping only by request.
Loved everything about our stay! The room was very nice, the scenery spectacular and we felt safe. Very nice people at the desk too. Would definitely stay again!
The cabins excelled in every way. Comfort and clean, close and so cool to have elk right out side.
Staff at check in were super friendly, Evening drinks in the Map Room with piano player was a special treat. It was an awesome stay and I will recommend it to friend and family.
Great location for the Mammoth terraces. We stayed in a cabin which was cute, with. front porch with seats that an elk walked by! Our only complaint is that the hot water was tepid; barely warm enough for a shower, both in the evening, and morning. It’s the only reason I gave four stars, and not five.
Cabins are basic, but clean and well maintained. Mammoth Hot Springs is at the north side, but we didn't have trouble getting to the rest of the park. Dining room at Mammoth is excellent.
