This property is old and run down. The soap holders in the shower were broken. The non slip strips in the tub were loose and sticking up. The tub drain was rusty. The ac unit did not work. The base of the door jambs were rusted. When they came to make the beds they didn’t even take out the trash or pick up the room. The receptionist was very arrogant and rude. They force you to pay a $15 amenities fee even if you didn’t want the amenities and it was never mentioned when booking. That’s just some of the issues. And on top of that they were way overpriced for what they offer. We travel all over the world and this is one of the worst properties we have ever stayed at. Also we were on the second floor and they don’t have an elevator. Reminds me of a $50 motel.

Nice room with some unique perks. Fire going outside the lobby with free smores kit. Close to the river. Short drive to Yellowstone entrance. Highly recommend.

PROS: Friendly front staff. Bed was comfortable with newer bedding. Coffee in lobby for early departure. CONS: Room was very dated with very dirty/stained carpet. Wear your shoes. Our room looked NOTHING like the photos. Although room had AC it only worked on full blast and was located right next to the bed. We were exhausted so didn't ask to change rooms. But I wouldn't recommend thos place untill all rooms are updated. .

Decent, Friendly Staff….

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. It was fun for the kids to make s’mores every night and the location was right by the north entrance for Yellowstone National Park which made it super convenient. The free coffee and reusable water bottles were nice touches. The kids used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed it. I used the laundry facilities multiple times since we were there for about 5 days. It was great to have clean clothes! The issue I personally had was it was gnat hatching season. Obviously, nature can’t be helped. We didn’t leave our doors open but every morning, we’d find dead gnats (or insects in the bathroom). Because work was being done at the hotels, some rooms had exposed lighting areas which is how I suspect the gnats were coming in. So I’d have to clean the area up after dinging dead insects in the bathtub and on the floor every morning. Linen was refreshed but they didn’t switch out the comforter which had stains on it and in hindsight, I should have asked them to change it. So that’s on me. Aside from that, it was a great location for anyone going into the national park. It’s hard to find really great accommodations there because it’s a tourist area and most things in the $300+ range for a night is still not high end. So set your expectations accordingly.
