Disliked: Cleanliness
The pool area wasn't has nice as shown ! the surrounding landscaping was not maintained & messy. The kids water slide was not in use & not safe to use, so it was removed from the pool side & placed in the back yard, we were advised of this 1 week before going to the house, the grandchildren were disappointed. The cleaners did not dust the house & there was no vacuum cleaner, the pool side umbrella went missing after 4 days. We were told that a gust of wind may have uplifted it,( we find that very bazar) apparently we were told a neighbour found it in the street, so why didn't they return it to the house, they had informed the owner of the house though. That night that the umbrella went missing the weather was extremely warm, no sign of any wind or rain. We really didn't appreciate if someone came through the back as we had two pups & they could have easily run off or if the owner needed the umbrella for his own use, it didn't sit right with us at all & very hard to believe that we were told a wind gust uplifted the umbrella when it was securely fitted down in its holder. My husband purchased a new hinge for the side gate that lead out to the back yard, the gate was hanging on one hinge. The trellis leading to the front door needs to be pulled down & replaced my son had slightly touched it & a piece of timber had broken off & landed on his head, you can see it's had its time . These complaints are all true facts. Please advise the owner , although I'm sure he is well aware
