Stepping into the open plan living area which extends the width of the building, there are comfortable leather lounges, a flat screen TV, sliding glass door access to the ocean-facing balcony, and double-glazed windows showcasing the views. The dining area provides a dining table with seating for 6 and sliding glass door access to the river-facing balcony, which is a wonderful place to sit and relax whilst watching the sun set over the river.

The modern galley kitchen has granite benchtops, a good-sized refrigerator, double drawer dishwasher, ceramic stove and under bench oven, double sink and all the crockery and cutlery you"ll need to prepare and enjoy a meal at home.

Ideally suited for couples with bedroom 1 providing a queen size bed and wardrobe and bedroom 2 a double size bed and plenty of drawer storage.

These are serviced by the bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
The laundry is equipped with washer and dryer, plus tub, there is access to a shared clothesline at the back of the property.
Single lock up remote control garage for ease of access, plus space to park one additional vehicle in the driveway behind.

Linen is NOT provided (you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels) Linen hire is available online from The Laundry Yamba.

We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
