From the breeze block entry, to the pink front door and the outdoor entertaining area lit by festoon lights, Sea Breeze Cottage is full of delightful surprises.
The Space:
Sea Breeze Cottage is beautifully styled in modern white and bright beach tones. The stunning bathrooms are simply divine. The cottage has plush linen, smart TVs, Wifi, air conditioning, a full size kitchen, luxury bathroom products and all the amenities you'll need for a fun and fabulous holiday in one of Australia's favourite beach towns.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite, air conditioning and a smart TV; the second bedroom also enjoys a queen size bed and air conditioning and the third bedroom has a single bunk with trundle. Bedroom two and three share a family bathroom off the hallway.
This joyous, light-filled property is delightfully cozy and her clever furnishings defy the space. The owners invite you to use their retro bikes to explore the area and the pristine banks of the mighty Clarence River located across the road.
There is space for one vehicle to park in the driveway next to the entertaining area. It can be a little tight if you have a big vehicle. There's also plenty of off street parking on the grass out the front of the property and free and unlimited parking on the road out the front.
We allow one well behaved pet up to 7kg in size. They must never be left alone inside the house and never on the beds. There is a post out the front on the deck for them to be kept on a lead out the front and a small enclosure roughly 3m long and 1.5m wide for them to stay out the back when you're not home.

Sea Breeze Cottage has a lock box at the front door for your convenience.
It's a flat walk from Sea Breeze Cottage to Whiting and Turner's Beaches and town.
You may ride our two retro bikes with your own helmets.

The property is located on the main road through Yamba, directly across from the Yamba Marina. While this brings a low element of white vehicle noise to the front entertaining area, the property is fully air conditioned and cleverly designed with the bedrooms at the rear.The Yamba Marina is located directly across the road and so too is the bike path to Whiting and Turners Beaches and to town.
Getting Around:
We welcome our guests to ride our bicycles or you may enjoy off-street parking for one vehicle and free and unlimited on-street parking out the front.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we have a strict policy of no schoolies, parties, smoking, vaping or loud music. Please observe our local quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
We do allow one small pet under 7kg in size however please note they must be well behaved inside pets and never be allowed on the beds. The property is small and whilst there is a wide footpath out the front, there is no yard on the premises.
You will need to specify breed of pet before arrival. Any pets on the premises not described, over 7kg in size or in breach of house rules will be reported.
There is no backyard on this property. Instead there is a lovely big deck out the front. The footpath out the front of the house is wide enough to park your boat or extra vehicles.
