About this property

BAY PROPERTIES | The Chill

The Chill .. pretty much sums it up.
Designed with a mid century modern vibe, taking advantage of the spectacular views over the Clarence Valley. Watch the Yamba show unfold from the extensive deck setup .. fire up the BBQ .. tell some tales and of course .. chill.

The architectural response creates a house with strong connections between the internal and external spaces. Many a story will be told and many a memory will be created. It's one of the very best Yamba has to offer.

Boutique Accommodation Yamba is readily available 24/7. However, guests can self check in to this property.

Yamba is an ocean lovers playground with over 10 beaches to find and explore!

The local shopping and cafe strip is all within a stones throw and boasts an ever growing Boutique Cafe Scene.

A short drive out to Angourie and you can experience The Blue Pools and a world class surfing reserve.

Top it off with taking the ferry over to Iluka to watch the sun go down.

Yamba is a small seaside town and is very easy to navigate !

Most venues also provide a courtesy bus so having that relaxing holiday beverage has never been so easy.

5 pristine beaches are located in town and are all walking distance to one another.

Bike or take a stroll along our fore shores with the added bonus of taking the ride out along the break wall to see what fish are biting is a must do.

Sunny Yamba - one of the best places on earth to visit ..

Enjoy your stay!
