Step inside and discover a light-filled haven where modern design meets relaxed coastal charm. The master bedroom is a quiet sanctuary with a queen bed, generous en-suite, and expansive windows that frame tranquil canal views perfect for morning coffee or sunset musings. The second queen bedroom opens onto a private patio, while the third offers twin beds, ideal for children or friends.

The heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where large windows draw the outside in and the gentle ripple of water sets the tone for laid-back gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing fresh local seafood, though guests should bring their own pantry staples.

Outside, a generous patio and grassy lawn spill down to the water"s edge, where a shared jetty and small beach await. Launch your boat nearby at the Witonga Boat Launch and return to your own mooring an idyllic base for exploring Yamba"s waterways.

The Anchorage sleeps up to six guests and includes a double lock-up garage, Wi-Fi, and all linen.

Please note: pets are not permitted.

We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
