Pros: Very friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of clean towels. Cons: The pillows were pretty lumpy and we couldn't figure out how to get the TV channels (but that could have been me). All in all it was nice for an economical stay.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The location is conveniently off of the freeway, but the area is a bit dodgy. The property is very rundown, especially the bathroom. The level of maintenance is seriously lacking. The furniture in the lobby was dirty and stained. The carpeting in the room was dirty and stained. The furniture in the room was old and damaged. Having stayed the night before in another Comfort Inn that was really excellent, this was disappointing.
