We found a baby roach in 223. In the sink. Perhaps spray. Or see if other units have any issues. The eggs tasted like powder. Maybe mix better. And the front desk staff should be more engaging and customer friendly

The room was spacious and with the fan on kept a good temperature. The staff were pleasant. Access to hot water and coffee was great. The eggs were pretty inedible which is surprising for me because I’ve had a lot of powdered eggs at hotels. I also had some food shells under the bed so vacuuming isn’t super thorough.

My room had no conditioner or hand soap, but room was clean. The hot tub smells like dirty towels and the pool is freezing. The breakfast had no condiments. I was surprised there was not even hot sauce; we are in Yakima.

Requested to stay on the first or second floor due to being handicapped. Was put in the 3rd floor all the way to the end. In case of fire it stated to use stairs. I can’t walk. Didn’t feel comfortable where they placed us in the hotel.
