Get some help at the counter

I've stayed there several times before. Parking is never a problem. The rooms are always clean and efficient. The only problem I had this time, was the lack of service at the front desk. I had to wait (rang the bell 3x) to get someone to check in and on check out, I rang the bell 2x and still nobody. I'm glad I didn't have an emergency!!

This is my go to place when staying in Yakima. The staff is friendly, there’s plenty of parking, it’s quiet and the property and rooms are always clean. Don’t expect daily room service, but that’s fine with me. There’s a very nice laundry room in the lobby area for longer stays. There are not many dining options within walking distance. I grew up in Yakima and know that if you venture more than a few blocks on foot it can potentially get unsafe pretty quick, so take a car.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. For a short stay, the kitchen was well equipped and the room was quiet. It was nice to have the bedroom separated from the rest of the space.
