Overall this is a great place to stay. Very friendly front desk staff and the facility is clean. Our only complaint would be the cleaning of the rooms. They state they will clean ever other day of your stay, which is not a problem, except that did not happen. We had to ask for clean towels after the room was not “cleaned” and on the night of our departure we had to extend our stay and had to request the room be addressed after our 5 days of being there. They did take care of the issue after the request was made.

An amazing place to stay after spending the day and evening hiking at Mount Rainier. The suite was very spacious! It included a fridge, freezer, dishes, glasses, mugs for hot drinks, dish soap, small kitchen sink and dishwasher. We converted the sofa into a sofa bed and used the two queen beds. There was ample desk room and counter space and plenty of bed side lights. Loved the dark out curtains. Very nice bathroom and spacious shower with provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Since we got in after midnight we didn’t make it to breakfast. We appreciated the noon check out time as we had a late night.

Very clean and safe for my granddaughter and I. Pool water way to cold but very nice I’ll be back in October. Front desk wasn’t very helpful on booking my October dates so I used Expedia and was 45 dollars cheaper per night.

The hot tub was nice and hot without being too hot. And the jets worked. The room was very spacious with a love seat, full refrigerator, and 50+" TV. The included breakfast had a few more choices than the typical free breakfast.

Rooms have standard/individual air conditioning units near the windows, which was fine for me, but they turn on/off all night long, keeping my wife awake (light sleeper). Also, their text messaging service uses an AI bot to make initial responses. Expect wrong/incoherent answers until a real person notices your frustration.

This hotel was very accommodating to our needs. The room was nice and cozy. There are blackout curtains which made it easy to sleep during the day if needed. The kids had fun playing in the pool and the hot tub. I would stay at this hotel again.
