Chic cocktail bars, stylish restaurants and trendy shops are all within a short stroll of the villa. The pool terrace has spectacular views of the coast and across the sea to Fuerteventura. Here you can relax with a sundowner each evening poolside or dine al fresco under the stars – the choice is yours! WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.

Villa Seasol 1 is set on the coastal path and within walking distance of the Rubicon Marina, Playa Blanca. It's a great choice for those who love spectacular sea views and being within walking distance from all the amenities. Rubicon Marina is 5 minutes' walk away and provides a host of chic bars, stylish restaurants and upmarket boutique shops. A 20 minute stroll will take you to the beautiful golden sands of Playa Dorada. A little further on foot or a 5 minute car ride from the villa you’ll find the lively centre of Playa Blanca. If you are feeling adventurous, visit the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura by ferry and explore its picturesque coastline for the day.
