Spectacular two-story villa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Timanfaya volcanic range, with mesmerizing sunsets. Designed by a student and close friend of César Manrique, it ranks among the most beautiful villas in Lanzarote. Whether you’re looking for an intimate getaway or a gathering with loved ones, this villa offers the perfect setting to create unforgettable memories.

The villa consists of two separate apartments, each with its own entrance, ensuring complete privacy. Traditional local materials were used in its construction, allowing the building to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The upper floor features a striking floor made of black lava stone, providing a natural, authentic, yet elegant feel. The floors on the lower level are coated with the typical glossy white floor paint characteristic of Manrique’s style.

The upper floor comprises two double bedrooms and a small single bedroom, along with two spacious bathrooms featuring Tadelakt walls. It also includes an utility room with a washing machine and a spacious 70-square-meter living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. From there, a staircase leads to the 30-square-meter balcony and the pool terrace. The lower apartment features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an utility room with a washing machine. It also offers a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the pool terrace, and the cactus garden. The spacious pool can be heated upon request. A large gas grill on the sheltered patio adjacent to the terrace invites you to enjoy unforgettable barbecue evenings on the wind-sheltered pool terrace. The stunning sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean will stay with you for a long time.

The villa is surrounded by an impressive multi-level cactus garden. Adjacent to the pool terrace is a garden with grapevines, planted in the distinctive island style.
