Welcome to Villa OLIVA, your private refuge in Playa Blanca. This cozy fully equipped villa is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with family or friends. With capacity for up to 4 people, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay in southern Lanzarote. The property accepts small pets (maximum 2 pets, 7kg each).





The villa features 2 spacious bedrooms, both with double beds, and 110 m² of space so you can enjoy plenty of room and comfort. Additionally, it has 2 full bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bathtub, perfect for all guests to feel at home.



The independent kitchen with a ceramic cooktop is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. You will also find a washing machine for your convenience and a safe to store your valuables.





Enjoy entertainment with satellite television available in several languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian and Arabic) and high-speed WiFi connection throughout the property.





The exterior is simply spectacular. The villa features a 30 m² terrace, garden furniture, and a fenced plot of 200 m² that provides you with total privacy. Additionally, you have access to a private heated pool of 2.5 x 4 meters. The heated pool is available upon request with an additional cost of 15 € per day, year-round.





The private outdoor parking in the same building makes your arrival and departure simple.

I had an issue with the cooker hood which was too low and stuck out from work top. If you are over 5 foot 6 inch you will bang your head on the hood. both my wife and I suffered injuries from the hood several times. I reported to Dream Holidays but received no reply.
