• Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms, at an additional cost of €1 per hour and operates via a coin box, allowing guests to control their consumption during their stay.



• The private pool has an optional climate control system, available upon request and with an additional daily supplement. We recommend requesting this service in advance so that the water can reach a comfortable temperature upon your arrival.



• The property is distributed over two floors connected by internal stairs, so it may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.



• For security reasons, the property has an ADT alarm system with motion sensors and external cameras, used for surveillance of the property outside of guest occupancy periods.
