The villa was very difficult to find, as all we had was a postcode & street. There were 20 identical villas, and we had no house number. We eventually found it from previous reviews saying the same (17...). Once in, there was nothing! One toilet roll, and some old towels - no hand wash, fairy liquid, dish cloth, no cleaning products, no salt, pepper etc, basically zero essentials that you normally get in every rental. There was also no welcome pack, or local info (other than a bit on the email). It had the pool table, with two pool cues, but one was broken, and the other had no tip. The outside furniture was really poor, in that there were basically 6 old loungers, with no tables or chairs, other than two large ones that could not be moved from round the side. The villa was also a little bashed about, needed painting in places, and had had a leak in the downstairs bedroom (which we didn't realise was in the basement with one tiny window). It's a shame, because the villa could be amazing, and is in a great location, but when you spend this much money, it's the extra touches that help make your holiday, and the host didn't seem to care when we've mentioned these concerns.
