A fantastic new villa located in the best area of Lanzarote, Playa Blanca. Conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the marina, yet far enough away to retreat to the peace and quiet of our family-friendly neighborhood. Perfect for enjoying the sun by the pool or hosting a barbecue with friends and family. The trail leading to the iconic Papagayo Beach starts right at the end of our street, and it takes just a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive to get there.

The villa sleeps 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en suite), making it perfectly suited for families. It features a fully equipped kitchen and a wide variety of small appliances. It offers fiber-optic Wi-Fi with coverage throughout the villa and the garden/pool area. The pool area features a comfortable lounge area with outdoor furniture, a pergola, a shower, and a built-in barbecue and grill. Up to 2 cars can be parked on the property. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of 20 euros per day. Please let us know if you would like this service at least 3 days before check-in to allow the water to reach the optimal temperature.
