This charming villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, private pool, and mountain views is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Playa Blanca. You are just a 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive from the town beach as well as the bars and restaurants of Marina Rubicón.



The villa features a sunny terrace, a saltwater pool (6×4 m, max depth 1.7 m, heated from mid-October to end of April), an outdoor shower, a barbecue, fiber optic internet access, a flat-screen smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.



The two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer privacy; one is on the lower level with a private patio.



Please note that the villa is designed for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, and is not suitable for 4 adults.



Air conditioning is available from mid-May to mid-September. The house has excellent sun protection and mosquito screens. Please use the air conditioning responsibly, mainly at night. If left on all day, additional charges may apply.



You have private parking as well as easy and secure street parking. A security system with alarm and cameras ensures your peace of mind.



Self-check-in instructions will be provided in advance. If you encounter any issues upon arrival, please send a photo to the host for quick resolution.



The villa does not belong to any complex, guaranteeing peace and privacy. Buses and taxis are available from the airport, and the port of Playa Blanca, with ferries to Fuerteventura, is 5 minutes away by car.
