Villa Lidia is a detached, single-story house next to the Playa Blanca promenade and near Faro Pechiguera.

The best thing about this single-story house is the spectacular ocean view, which you can enjoy from every room—including the living room and the room with the glass dome.

On the left side of the house are the three bedrooms and the bathrooms. The first two bedrooms we come to have two single beds each. The third bedroom is the master bedroom; it’s located at the end of the hallway and features a large bathroom with a spectacular bathtub; This room offers direct access to the pool.
On the right side of the house, across from a small living room with a glass dome and large windows overlooking the ocean and the private pool, is the living-dining room with satellite TV (including international channels), a DVD player, and a radio. On this side, you’ll also find the fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and silverware. The kitchen leads to the utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Outside, there is a large furnished terrace, a large pool with sun loungers, a grill, an outdoor shower, and a well-maintained garden. There’s also a covered area with a table and chairs for enjoying meals outdoors with a view of the sea.
