"Azahar" luxury villa with a private pool, near the beach and close to restaurants

The villa is a magnificent, newly built property, tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home. It offers all the amenities you need for a perfect stay—whether you’re on vacation or working remotely. Upon your arrival, Stéphane will welcome you, give you a tour of the house, and will be available throughout your stay if needed.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa is situated in the exclusive Costa Papagayo neighborhood in southern Lanzarote. It’s a 15-minute walk (3-minute drive) from Playa Dorada Beach and the center of Playa Blanca, a 7-minute drive from the stunning Papagayo Nature Reserve, and close to all shops and restaurants. The water park is a 5-minute drive away.
The villa is a single-story, open-plan home. At the entrance, a beautiful garden welcomes you with fruit trees, colorful flowers, cacti, and herbs. There is also space to park two cars out of the sun. The interior features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 master bedroom with a double bed (150x190), TV, safe, and en suite bathroom; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200); one bedroom with one single bed (105x190) and an en suite bathroom. One bathroom has a bathtub, and the other two have walk-in showers and a single or double sink.

The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances (refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, quiet washing machine, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) and features a skylight that lets in natural light throughout the day. It has a central island with stools for six and opens onto a spacious, bright living room that is also air-conditioned. The living room features a stylish and comfortable sofa, a smart TV with access to soccer channels, Netflix, Disney Plus… and the ability to access apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. It opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool, furnished with a sofa and a table so you can enjoy the outdoors without being bothered by the sun during the peak hours of the day.
The terrace features lounge chairs, a parasol, a barbecue, and a shower. The pool is heated to 25–26° during the winter months. The 21-meter rectangular pool can be covered with a pool cover to maintain the temperature at night.
