Das Apartment war gepflegt und sauber und in einem guten Zustand sowie weihnachtlich dekoriert. Von innen kann das Apartment weiterempfohlen werden. Es hat eine gute Größe für zwei Personen.Im Vorfeld wurden alle nötigen Informationen über WhatsApp mitgeteilt, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Das Schlaferlebnis ist sehr individuell und wird unterschiedlich empfunden, aber die Matratzen waren definitiv durchgelegen und sollten gegen neue Matratzen ausgetauscht werden.Das größte Problem war, dass sich das Apartment in einer sehr belebten Umgebung befindet, dies aber nicht in der Anzeige erwähnt wird und auch nicht auf den Bildern in der Anzeige ersichtlich ist. Wer Ruhe genießen und Erholung auf dem Balkon haben möchte, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Gegenüber (Luftlinie ca. 10 m) befindet sich ein Restaurant mit vielen Außensitzplätzen und direkt an der Promenade (ist nicht auf den Fotos abgebildet). Unter dem Apartment befindet sich eine Cafeteria. Auf dem Dach des gegenüberliegenden Restaurants befindet sich eine Lüftungsanlage, die durchgehend zu hören ist, auch nachts. Es wäre hilfreich und fair gewesen, wenn die belebte Lage in der Anzeige erwähnt worden wäre. Wir haben uns getäuscht gefühlt, da durch die Bilder etwas anderes suggeriert wird, als es vor Ort tatsächlich der Fall war. Wir haben das Apartment nach einer Nacht verlassen und entsprechend einen finanziellen Verlust hinnehmen müssen.
