The villa centres around a spacious open-plan living area where the lounge, dining space, and kitchen blend seamlessly together. Natural tones and modern furnishings create a calm and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to relax and settle into holiday mode from the moment you arrive.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, while the dining area and comfortable lounge offer the perfect space for spending time together after a day enjoying the sunshine. WiFi, international TV channels, and a DVD player are also included for added convenience.



Patio doors open onto the villa's outdoor terrace, where a private heated swimming pool takes centre stage. Surrounded by sun loungers and plenty of space to unwind, it's the perfect place to enjoy Lanzarote's year-round sunshine. The centre of Playa Blanca is just a short drive away, with beautiful beaches, a lively promenade, and an even wider choice of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Loved how clean the villa looked. Pool was amazing for us - heated too. Only a 20 min walk to the centre of Playa Blanca - less to the shops. WiFi was very slow for the TV Worth noting that indoor security cameras in living room and upstairs should be highlighted to guests

Lovely Villa

Nice clean villa in a great location, 5 minutes from Marina Rubicón. Welcome pack is a nice extra, especially with a late flight. Outside area could do with a shaded area. Umbrellas provided but due to the position did not do much.

Good location. About 10 mins walk to the nearest shop. 20 mins to the Marina, which is lovely. We never got a taxi as it was close enough to walk into town. Yes, there is some building work across the road but this didn’t affect us. There will be quite a lot of building work in the near future in Playa Blanca as it has become so popular. It was a lovely villa, very clean and we had a great holiday. Also, thank you to the host for the welcome package.

Great Location, some points need attention

Location, Cleanliness, Plenty of Good Towels, Well Equipped, Good TV with substantial channels for UK, great welcome pack wine, beer etc. Minor things but noticeable when they aren't there - such as robe hooks on bathroom doors and bedrooms, toiletry basket or shelf in showers. Description for this villa is wrong also - there is no ensuite, no DVD player, Wifi password wrong on instructions, Directions not good in the dark, however a phone call rectified, there is no pool heating during our stay however they were having installed after we left. This villa is super windy in the outside areas in its current setup when it is windy. TV ran out of subscription on the last day.
