Designed as a comfortable and well appointed space, it has a relaxed, easy feel throughout. The open-plan living area makes the most of those views, with the lounge and dining space both looking out to the sea, creating a bright and calming place to unwind.
The kitchen is practical and well equipped for an effortless stay, whether it’s a slow breakfast by the window or a simple evening meal.
The bedroom can be arranged as either a king-size or twin beds, making it a flexible choice for couples or friends travelling together. With air conditioning and those same stunning sea views, it’s a lovely space to retreat to at the end of the day.
Compact yet perfectly formed, this apartment is a true beachfront bolt hole, ideal for those who want to wake up by the sea and have everything Playa Blanca has to offer right on their doorstep.
Guest Access:
Access to the apartment is via a secure communal entrance from the main street, followed by a private apartment entrance.
Please note that once inside the building, access to the apartment is via a flight of stairs, as there is no lift.

Located in the very heart of Playa Blanca, the apartment overlooks the original town beach and places you right at the centre of the resort’s atmosphere. Step outside and you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and seafront shops, all just moments away.

Getting Around:
Everything you need is right on your doorstep, from the beach to a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars, making it easy to enjoy Playa Blanca without needing a car.
Taxis are readily available and affordable, while Lanzarote’s well-connected bus network offers a convenient way to explore further afield.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery if required.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava - perfect after your journey. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay.
For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
