Villa Michelle is a beautifully presented 4-bedroom villa tucked away in the peaceful residential area of Los Calamares, yet just a short 3-minute walk from the heart of Playa Blanca. Combining an excellent central location with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, it is an ideal choice for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday close to the resort's amenities.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. The spacious master suite features a king-size bed, dressing area, and a large ensuite bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. A second king-size bedroom enjoys direct access to the pool terrace, perfect for stepping outside and enjoying the morning sunshine. Two additional twin bedrooms provide flexible accommodation for children, friends, or extended family members.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to help ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.
The bright and welcoming open-plan living area provides plenty of space for everyone to relax together. Comfortable seating, satellite television, and WiFi create a homely atmosphere, while large windows and doors allow natural light to flow throughout the villa. Online Check-in & Arrival Information
To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.
Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.
These details are normally sent 7 days prior to your arrival, so you will have everything you need in good time for your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Villa Michelle enjoys an exceptional location in the peaceful Los Calamares area of Playa Blanca, just a 5-minute walk from the resort centre and the famous town beach. A wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and the seafront promenade are all within easy reach.
The beautiful Playa Dorada beach is just a 10-minute stroll along the promenade, while the vibrant Marina Rubicón, with its waterfront restaurants, boutiques, and weekly market, can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot. With so much close by, Villa Michelle is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Playa Blanca has to offer without needing a car.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
