Our stay at this Yachats vacation rental was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the space felt warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing coastal getaway. The beds and living areas were cozy, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring the coast. the home had the amenities we needed, from an equipped kitchen to plenty of comfortable seating for enjoying the view.The view, it was one of the highlights of the entire trip. Watching the ocean from the windows (and with a cup of coffee in hand in the morning) was mesmerizing, especially with a storm. The sound of the waves and the constantly changing coastal light made it feel peaceful and restorative.The location is also fantastic. The house is an easy walk to downtown Yachats, with its cafés, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to stroll into town without needing the car. It’s also perfectly situated for accessing nearby coastal trails, making it simple to head out for a scenic walk along the shoreline whenever we wanted.Overall, this rental strikes the balance of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay on the Oregon coast with great views and walkable access to town and beach trails, this is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again.

The cottage was as cozy as the weather was stormy - a perfect place to sit and watch the rain and the waves crashing on the rocks beyond the yard. The cottage was stocked with so many games, toys and books. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. The smores kit and Belgian waffle mix were an unexpected treat. Great paths for walking along the coast and the town was charming.

Some of the best views on the Oregon Coast! Rental had everything you could ever want. Most things in town are within walking distance. Mattresses could definitely use an update. Overall a beautiful well-cared for property, will be back when we're in Yachats again.

Everything in the description is true and then some. We slept so well listening to the waves and 2 of the bedrooms have views of the ocean from the bed! The fully stocked kitchen included fixings for Belgian waffles and S'mores.(bring your own eggs) There are too many simple touches to name them all...we felt comfortable and welcome and at home. It was just my husband and myself and we had a cozy quiet time but I want to bring the kids and grandkids next time

Perfect getaway with a VIEW!

The pictures don't do it justice--this place is a gem with the best view to watch the waves crash on the rocks outside. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house. We have stayed in vacation rentals in six countries and this is one of the best we have seen. We look forward to returning again soon hopefully.

Most wonderful vacation

We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful view we had and the beauty of the ocean only a few yards away that we couldn't quit taking pictures of the ocean. I do feel it would be a poor place for children of any age due to the drop off to the ocean and the natural curiosity of children to want to explore but as adults we were over joyed with the experience. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. I hope to return again to enjoy this beautiful spot on the Oregon Coast. Thank you.

A great first time experience with Vrbo

Not too big, not too small, but just right for one family or small group of friends. Location excellent for ocean views, wonderful sitting area; near small town grocery store; and near great hiking and scenery at Cape Perpetua. Well appointed kitchen. The home is light and bright and someone's dream. If you stay there, we hope you treat it with the same care.
