Great stay! Right on the 804 whale-watching trail, rooms with views, fantastic staff, and awesome amenities. Breakfast and spa inclusion was a true surprise, and the breakfast is very good. Aspects of our entire stay felt very intentional on the part of the Overleaf: coffee mug warmers, windows to the ocean everywhere (including from the spa), a solid DVD collection for free borrowing, chairs and benches to view the ocean, a camp fire and guided hike...really cool place.

Our only regret is that we only stayed one night.! It was our most favorite stay in many years. The included breakfast was the best unexpected surprise as well. It was all prepared in house, fresh, hot and delicious. Cannot recommend this place more. Wonderful!

While up to this point my husband and have stayed at VRBOs and local vacation rentals in Yachats, the prices each year have continued to rise. We decided to stay in local lodging and were quite impressed! The Overleaf is clean, well-appointed, with a delicious breakfast. All rooms face the Sea. Our room had wall to wall windows, others have patios. The rooms and common areas are super clean with lovely art and photography throughout. Every staff member has been helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our visit so much, we stayed an additional day.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. From front office the housekeeping and other staff members, all kind and considerate. Breakfast I have to say was quite good. I didn’t do the spa but I walked the path behind the hotel and it was beautiful.

The breakfast was great. Didn't use the spa. The overall was great I would've gave a 5 star but did 4 star instead because bed mattress was not in good shape it was uncomfortable real bad in the middle made it feel you were sleeping down hill.plus almost need a step stool to get into the bed.
