The “Marina View” is a 95 m2 maisonette with north-eastern orientation on the upper (4th) floor of a newly built apartment building, next to the “Marina of Xylokastro” and next to the organized beach “Aristonafton”, (Αριστοναυτών) in the west of the city. It is fully equipped with all necessary and frequent comforts while dominating over Marina, offering an unbelievable view of the Corinthian Gulf and of the inland, securing a calm environment for comfortable vacation and leisure time.

The maisonette consists of two floors and has two verandas (one with a dining table and chairs and the other with an outdoor sofa and armchairs), facing the blue Corinthian bay.
On the lower floor there is a lounge with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, access to the veranda and 1 bath.
The upper floor has two bedrooms (with windows to the sea), one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds [90/200 cm ], with the ability to merge (in double), and 1 bathroom.

Paradise!

This apartment is in the perfect location, right on the marina with an excellent beach, tavernas, and grocery store nearby. The top floor yields an excellent view of the gulf of Corinth. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and well-stocked with all appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. The air conditioning worked very well during the 100+ (Farenheit) degree weather. We already want to go back.
