Clean hotel, nice breakfast. Rooms very comfortable. Staff very friendly but don’t speak much English Location a bit far from temples. Too cold in hotel lobby and restaurants - seems that only the rooms are heated. Sauna / steam room weren’t working

Elite hotel around mount wutai

The place is quiet and serene and lived up to the 5 star hotel standards. The breakfast was great and service was good! The only flaw would be that it is at the outside of the entrance of mount wutai and a distance away from the central wutai area. The property is rather new and our driver had a hard time trying to get there. But if you do have a driver, it is one of the more or most elite hotels around that area.

Marriott 品牌酒店，品質有一定保證。 不過酒店位於五台山景區近南門收費站，距離五台山主要廟宇群大概有25 分鐘車程，酒店周邊亦沒有食店。 酒店西餐廳自助早餐選擇都多，中餐質素不錯。 酒店旁就是“又見五台山” 情境劇表演場地。

万豪的房间一流，服务更是一流

一向万豪的服务水准。房间宽敞干净。配合万豪金卡房间有升级。特别赞的是服务人员，前台的Christ Huang，礼宾部的一位男士（非常不好意思忘了名字），尽管在周六checkin的晚高峰，一直帮我们协调无烟房，非常耐心非常好。周日返回宾馆时中餐厅虽然已经过了1：45的下班时间，但餐厅部（微信名F）非常热心的帮我们打包食物并送往前台。总之，酒店硬件条件好，地理位置好，服务更好。btw，酒店餐厅的刀削面真的很好吃。 另外，万豪酒店虽然在山外，但是开车进山也就20分钟，位置特别方便，下次来必须还住在这里。强烈推荐

if you no prefer 5 stars hotel, this suitable

1. in room temperature 27.5° ,no air conditioning, concierge suggest open the balcony door。2. F & B no choice, only buffet or Chinese restaurant 3. The traffic is very inconvenient, 4. hotel's staffs not helpful. in mine mind The The Marriott Hotels & Resorts, should be over five stars hotel, that time so disappointed.
