We stayed only for one night but everything met our expectations. Staff was nice but don't speak English at all- we used translator. The room was nice and the same as on the photos. Breakfast was unfortunately only Chinese, so we get noodles which we are not used to. Hotel has very good location because everything is near but it is located in the quiet area. I don't know if the bar on the other side of the hotel is connected to the hotel but there were everything extremely overpriced. However this and the unbearable hot weather even in September were the only disadvantages of this extraordinary city.

気を付けてください。 まず、エクスペディアに出てくる地図が全然間違っています。 街の中心にあると思い予約したのですが、あるのは徒歩だと地図にある場所から30分くらいかかる場所でした。 地図では雪橋の近くにはなってますが、実際は雲橋の近くでした。 住所で調べても、Googleはもちろん、百度地図にも出てきません。 タクシーで、バスターミナルから10元位の予定なのに、ホテルの名前を伝えると40元と言われるので、渋々タクシーに乗って連れて行かれた場所が全然違うと思ったら、タクシーが合ってました。 まずそれでトラブル。 その後ホテルに到着し、デラックスファミリールームを予約していたのですが、通された部屋はただのツインルーム。 部屋が違いますと伝えたが、これがファミリールームだと言い張るばかり。 英語が通じないので、なんだかよく分からない。 エクスペディアのカスタマーセンターに伝えましたが、ホテルの部屋の写真は実際のものと異なる場合がありますと。 ジャグジーのある広い部屋が写真にでているのに、写真と違いすぎます。 ３人で宿泊だったので、3人で検索するとファミリールームが出てきて、ツインルームは出てこないし、タオルも水も2セットしか用意されていなかったので、明らかにダウングレードされているのに、エクスペディアもホテルがそう言ってるからの一点張り、ホテルの地図が違った事も伝えても、住所は合っているので、問題にならないと。 どうしても納得がいかないので、私達の部屋の写真を送り、これはどう見てもファミリールームではなくツインルームですよね？と伝え、もう一度確認してもらったら、今度はファミリールームが満室だったので、スーペリアファミリールームにアップグレードしたとホテルから回答があったので、ディスカウントもできませんと。 ジャグジー付きの部屋から、ただのツインルームになったのを分かっているにも関わらず、これをアップグレートだと言い張り、お時間を頂戴して申し訳ございません。と話を一方的に終わらせるエクスペディアの担当者に呆れて途方にくれました。 チェックアウトする際に、なんと日本人の男性がいらっしゃり、彼もホテルの地図が間違っていたせいで、バスターミナルから歩ける距離だと思って、スーツケースを持ったまま、4時間も迷っていたらしいです。 それでも住所は合ってるからと、なにもしてくれないのですかね、エクスペディアさん。 対応が酷すぎます。お金はいらないから、間違いを認めて欲しいです。 ホテルの受付の対応してくれた女性は、親切には対応してくれましたが、相当がっかりな旅になりました。
