It's an old hotel with dark rooms. We were apparently upgraded to a so called suite but still very dark and old. Though their were two bathrooms but were smelling and the main bath I banged my head several times sitting and getting up from the toilet seat on the mirror at the front. Though the breakfast was good. The weighing scale wasn't working

The staff was excellent. The gentleman Will at the front made me feel welcomed and encouraged me to visit Muslim street. The check in ladies continuously smiled and ensured all my needs were met, despite language differences. The kitche staff even reheated my food i purchased from outside. Very nice hotel

Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious suite in Executive floor . Unfortunately could not really utilise the lounge, as we were not back to the hotel at the right times. Meals and service good in 2 restaurants. Incredibly comprehensive breakfast. The only negative is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
