酒店服務好，入住前主動聯絡，詢問到達時間，並透過微信傳送到店指引。到達酒店時有房間已清掃完畢就先讓我們入住。 酒店裝修時尚，但沙發坐起來並不舒服。 日班櫃檯人員服務態度佳，協助查詢到鼓浪嶼的傳票，並提醒隔天有馬拉松賽事，並給予打車、搭車的建議。 酒店位置好，離中山路步行街很近，到八市也不遠。

7樓的櫃檯人員都非常的和善！報到寄放行李、詢問洗衣事宜、借用衣架、還有最後退房的時候還回贈了兩盒牛軋糖都非常感謝🙏對於我們提出的問題都能夠一一回答！就連晚上想要看优酷微信櫃檯都能夠立即得到回覆與幫助！真的是要給一個讚！9樓的清潔姐姐們也非常的用心！雖然住宿的幾天不好意思每天都要姐姐們幫忙清潔…，所以在最後一天遺留了很多的頭髮在地上；但是入住的時候真的感受到非常乾淨的整潔度！雖然這次住的是城景不是海景，所以沒有體驗到海景的環境，但是熱情的人際環境也是挺不錯的
