The NARANJOS I-II complex consists of two high-rise construction blocks with a lift, offering a spacious common garden area, a large swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's pool, paddle tennis court, basketball court and handball court. Located on Avda. de la Mota No. 39, in the North area of Xeraco beach, just sixty-five metres from the fine sandy beach. A very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.
Beautiful apartment, all in perfect condition, with THREE double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower tray), independent kitchen with dishwasher and cosy living room with air conditioning and exit to a wide terrace with SouthEast orientation awnings with fabulous sea and mountain views. From here, via some stairs, access is gained to the private top-floor attic terrace. Includes garage space and WIFI service. Capacity 6 people.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
