Delfines III, bajo Solo Familias!

The DELFINES III residential complex is a low-rise, three-story building with an elevator, located at 12 Cuartel Avenue, just 90 meters from the beach. Located in the central area of Xeraco Beach, just a stone’s throw from a park with swings for the kids and a sports complex. You’ll find all kinds of services nearby. It’s a quiet, low-traffic area where relaxation and peace of mind are guaranteed.

It features a beautiful pool with a Venetian staircase and a fenced-off children’s wading pool.

This ground-floor apartment has three bedrooms, a master bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower room, a kitchen with an utility area, and a spacious south-facing terrace with awnings off the living-dining room. From here, six steps lead down to a second terrace or patio that opens onto the street. Additionally, from the ground-floor terrace, two steps lead directly down to the common areas and the pool. It includes an underground parking space and is equipped with a dishwasher. Pets are not allowed.

Our apartments are cleaned before check-in and include bed linens and towels (1 bath/shower per person, 2 toilets/bathrooms). Bed linens are changed every two weeks. We recommend that you bring a small kit with cleaning and laundry supplies. Pressure cookers, blenders, toasters, and hair dryers are not provided as standard. If any of these items are essential to you, don’t forget to bring them!

Key pickup will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE LúLLASTRE No. 7, PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 p.m. It is possible to pick up keys outside of office hours, provided you request this in advance and have already paid the security deposit. Check-out and vacating the accommodations must take place before 10:00 a.m. Keys may be left inside the accommodation upon prior arrangement, or they must be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover any potential damage: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment is inspected, or purchase a non-refundable ACCIDENTAL damage waiver (insurance) for €28.

The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public Wi-Fi service along the entire length of Xeraco Beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).

Xeraco Beach offers lifeguard service during peak season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services. The slope into the water is gentle, ideal for young children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and scenery. During the off-season, we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can explore the region, where there are many cultural and culinary attractions well worth visiting. There are many hiking trails, both in the mountains and through the marshlands. The latter is particularly popular among birdwatchers. Láhuir Beach, a stretch of unspoiled beach free of buildings, is of great environmental and ecological importance—it’s a nesting ground for birds and home to native plants—and is undoubtedly another highlight for visitors. And let’s not forget fishing, which can be enjoyed on the beaches, in the inlets, and along the rivers.
