Los Delfines III is a modern low-rise residential complex with extensive common areas, underground parking and a swimming pool with a children's pool. Located in the Central - South area of Xeraco beach, 150 metres from the beach. Adjacent to a wide landscaped pedestrian walkway leading to the children's park and sports area (300 m. towards the beach centre).
The apartment in question is on the first floor (with lift), offers three double bedrooms, one complete bathroom, a toilet-shower, kitchen with gallery, living-dining room with access to a wide terrace with views of the swimming pool. It has air conditioning in all rooms.
Functionally furnished with great taste and style.
Capacity 6/7 people.
NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (under thirty years old).
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
