Clean room with extremely comfortable king size bed. Lovely balcony to sit on with great views all around and there was a great selection of different teas/coffee with kettle. Fridge with mini bar and free water which was daily replenished. Towels for swimming pool provided which I made good use of. Swimming pool entrance was sticking so hard to get into pool and had to get help. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially in reception, but occasionally hard to find in the bar and eating areas. Breakfast plentiful, but second time used, we were unable to get orange juice. Restaurant menu a bit rich and not varied enough for our taste and unable to just get a snack unless ordered to your room outside of mealtime hours. Beautiful location and easy to get to the castle from this hotel.

Lovely hotel, pool and staff

The hotel is lovely, clean, modern, friendly staff, good parking. Very nice secluded quiet pool with greenery around it, we had it all to ourselves too! The rooms are spacious, big beds, very nice bathrooms and furniture. No complaints at all

Excellent Special Hotel

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the hotel & we had the suite with private pool both time & it was just as excellent as the first time. The hotel is magical with all the walkways through the garden & the lovely main building of the house. The food was excellent, staff efficient & very friendly, the town is a15 minute walk away & very nice too. We will be back!

It was one of the best historic hotels we have ever stayed at. Beautifully renovated preserving some of the original features. It is walking distance to the castle and the downtown. The surrounding is like a botanical garden with citrus orchards and olive trees. Breakfast by satisfactory too. Highly recommended. Xàtiva is a fabulous small town.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom which I photographed . Staff in restaurant definitely need training as rude and unprofessional and not able even to explain contents of a cheeseboard . Charged over 5 euros for one slice of bread which was described as bread basket With a lot of trouble we were anke to Rebe the second slice

A pleasant stay with wonderful staff

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was any trouble for them. We found the rooms we stayed in a little dark but they were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Breakfast was ok- you had to help yourself and the hot food was lukewarm at best. The landscaping around the hotel was beautiful but would have been difficult to navigate for anyone with mobility problems.
