For the location (most of the food and gas options are on the other side of Wytheville, but Wytheville isn't that big) and price, this recently renovated Quality Inn was a decent stay. Not a lot of amenities, but the room was in good condition. Only issue is that breakfast is from 6:00-9:00, but the coffee was cleaned out well before 8:00, and there didn't appear to be much staff to remedy that!
Surprisingly very nice. Outside looks like old travel lodge but renovated rooms are very well done, super clean, very comfortable! Plus lobby is upgraded and evening front desk was great. Will stay here again
This hotel is practically new! It has had a total renovation--new beds, bedding, flooring, curtains, sink, toilet, shower, faucets, reception etc etc. There is also a very good free breakfast, with many choices. And the price is excellent. Highly recommend.

The lady that checked us in acted as if we were intruding on her time. When we walked into our room it was quite cold
We tried the heater it would run for a few minutes then it would just shut down. We could not use the TV as it kept asking for a wifi password which could not be input.
We called the front desk and the same lady told us someone would come and fix the issues. Nobody ever showed.
To add insult to injuries I ended up with bites on my lower leg and feet. Could it have been fleas? Possibly? Who knows.
I do not recommend this place. Stay at your own peril

Room was clean staff was extremely friendly. Had a great shower brand new
I was in my room for all of 5 minutes and I saw the previous guests’ takeout containers, urine in the shower, mouse poo on our bed, and then the actual mouse himself scurried across the room. I have never been in and out of a hotel so fast.
Front desk lady very friendly. She moved my room reservation so I could be closer to my car and parking. Rooms were update and clean. Shower pressure was amazing!

Parking was to far away from the rooms, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, I forgot my iPad in the room, staff recovered it for me and my sister-in-law picked it up 👍😊.
Not pleased with the front desk presentation. The person who checked us in was on his phone an he was also wearing pajama's. I was surprised because I've never been to a hotel where the person at the front desk was ready to sleep. Also, the bed in the room had some dirt on it- looked like crumbs of some sort. The pillows also had some stains. I didn't bother to complain since we were only there for the night and we had pillows so we used those instead.
Should really update your address. When booking online I was given the old address (where the hotel previously was) so we did have a little trouble finding it.
Staff checking us in didn’t seem to care the address is incorrect.
Clean, recently updated room. Staff friendly, breakfast good. Breakfast room very nice with view to mountains. Second time stayed there within last 3 weeks. Recommend to family and friends.
